Players Classic 2021

After attending many Players Shows over the years Pump99 Founder Matt "Q" was quick to snap up a couple of tickets for Players Classic 2020. Sadly due to COVID lockdown and restrictions the show was cancelled but tickets carried over for 2021. For years Q has raved about Player Shows being one of the UKs best and offered his spare ticket to fellow founder Toby as a 'last hurrah' for Toby's Porsche Cayman which Toby was planning on selling(and did) a few weeks later.

On a Bright and early Morning in June Toby and Q set off to Goodwood's legendary motor circuit, venue for Players Classic.

Parking up in the Meguiars Paddock they gave their cars a quick clean off from the drive over and set off to look around.

“Over the years I’ve attended many Players Shows, the thing I love about it is the sheer variety of cars! From wide body Lamborghinis to classic minis on air ride. There’s something for everyone and there is such a chilled atmosphere” - Q

With Players Classic growing over the years the event now spans 2 days with Saturday having the track open for attendees as well as a spectacular drift display.

Sunday the track is closed for racing but instead is open for even more parking!

Even with COVID restrictions it was a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) to see so many people out enjoying the decent weather and huge amount of fantastic cars on show.

This one is a must for the car show calendar!!
