Sam Hodger's VW Golf R

Our Spotlight Saturday for 10th July is focused on Sam Hodgers startling Volkswagen Golf R. Many of our members know and love this car and it is amongst the most well known Golf R’s in the UK on Instagram!

This car features a Stage 2 ECU Remap completed by Integrated Engineering, to give the 2.0 TSI engine a fruity exhaust tone it has been fitted with a Milltek Sports Cat, full milltek catback exhaust system, to cool down IAT’s Sam’s Golf R is fitted with an Airtec Big Front Mount Intercooler.

The Ramair intake not only looks amazing but also helps to suck in more air and sounds incredible! One of our favourite modifications are the Borbet BY wheels, they give it an excellent width and stance, in addition to this it also benefits from Eibach Pro 15mm Coil Springs on all 4 corners.

To finish the car off the Full Maxton Design Low line kit and Oettinger Rep Spoiler smartens the car up and gives it a premium look to be appreciated by everyone who feasts their eyes on it!
